Events:

Darts World Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry if deemed necessary. In addition, players appearances are subject to availability. Tickets cannot be refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date after an order is placed.

Required Consent:

Darts is a sport that we recommend adult supervision of for those playing under the age of 16. By purchasing from Darts World Ltd, you are confirming that you are either over the age of 16 or have full consent from a supervising adult. Darts World Ltd may require proof of identification where applicable.

Ordering:

When you place an order through our website, we will immediately send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Darts World Ltd will check the price and the availability of the goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing error, we will advise you of this. The right to accept or decline any order is entirely at our discretion. Prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

Offers & Discounts:

Darts World Ltd reserves the right to change the advertised price of tickets and merchandise. Any offer/discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. Pre purchased tickets will not be refunded retrospectively.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

UK law applies. You and Darts World Ltd submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in relation to any disputes arising out of this Agreement.
