Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are 100% authentic. Signed shirts and framed items come with a certificate of authenticity to guarantee their legitimacy. Signed Ultimate Cards and Signed Photos come with an authenticity sticker to guarantee their legitmacy.

Do you ship internationally?

Product FAQs

Are the signed shirts and memorabilia hand-signed?

Yes, all signed items in our collection are personally autographed by the players. These are not printed or replicated signatures.

What sizes are available for replica shirts?

Most replica shirts are available in a range of sizes from Small to 3XL. Please refer to the size chart on the product page for more details.

Can I customise my order (e.g., choose a specific size or player)?

Customisation is not currently available, but some products (like framed shirts) may allow you to select specific players or configurations.

Do you offer limited edition products?

Yes, we regularly stock exclusive, limited edition merchandise, including signed memorabilia and event-specific items. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse the website, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Please note this applies to merchandise only. Contact us immediately at dartshop@modussports.com if you need to make changes. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I place my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location:

UK Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days
UK Express Delivery: 1-3 working days
International Delivery: 7-14 working days

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.

Dispatch and Delivery

Tickets:
Tickets will only be dispatched via email, e-tickets will be emailed in a separate email along with your confirmation.

Merchandise Orders:
Orders will typically be dispatched within three working days from the date of purchase, except for pre-ordered products.

Exclusions:
Dispatch times exclude weekends, UK Bank Holidays and holiday periods, or if signed goods are to be framed.

Delivery Charges (UK Mainland):
Delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of items for all ticket and merchandise orders delivered to UK Mainland addresses with a full and valid postal code.

This excludes the Isles; see details for overseas deliveries below.

Signature Required:

Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt. Please note that Darts World Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal or courier service providers or loss of deliveries.

Overseas Deliveries
For deliveries outside the UK Mainland or to the UK Isles, postage and carriage charges will also be calculated based on the item size and weight.

Important Notice for International Deliveries:
Customs and excise duties or import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Delivery times vary by destination country and exclude weekends, holidays, and public holidays.

Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds:
Items can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty. Items cannot be returned because of change of mind. Exchanges are allowed but customer to cover postage costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Contact us dartshop@modussports.com with your order details and a brief explanation for your request.

Damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Please contact dartshop@modussports.com sending photographs of the damaged article and packaging where possible.

Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Proof of postage or using a recorded/insured service is highly recommended.

Refunds:
Refunds if applicable, will be processed within 7 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Receipt of Goods
Claims for non-delivery must be notified to us within 14 days of placing your order. Please note we cannot raise a claim with couriers for any discrepancies for 21 days.

For item shortages, notify us within 5 working days from the date of delivery. For further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team at dartshop@modussports.com.

Events Tickets FAQs

To purchase tickets, browse the 'Upcoming Events' section of our website, select your event, and purchase your tickets online. For information on Carers tickets please click the 'Carers Tickets' tab above.

It is your responsibility to check your tickets to ensure they are correct as if you have made a mistake, it cannot always be rectified after purchase and we will not be responsible for any failure to rectify mistake and/or refund the ticket price in such circumstances. Accordingly, please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.

We reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an event to those specified on the ticket if the staging of the event reasonably requires, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the ticket.

Non-Refundable:
Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or undergoes significant changes (defined as a change of three or more headline acts) or you have purchased Ticket Protection and meet the criteria for a refund.

Tickets will be dispatched via email, along with your confirmation. Once you have received your tickets you can amend the name and email address on line via the QR code on your ticket.

Duplicate Tickets:
Lost tickets will be replaced but we reserve the right to charge for this service.

Carers Tickets FAQs

We do have a limited number of tickets available at our events for Carers tickets - please check on the website or email dartshop@modussports.com to check if there are still tickets available for the event you wish to go to.

A Carers ticket is a free standard ticket - if you require a higher grade ticket, you would need to pay the difference between the standard and upgraded ticket.

By requesting a Carers ticket, you confirm that you or a member of your party requires a Carers ticket. Proof of eligibility/disability/carers ticket requirement must be provided within 7 days of requesting the Carer ticket or the Carer ticket will be cancelled. We accept Access Cards as proof – you can obtain a card from https://app.accesscard.online/apply/access-card/form/  

If, having checked there are tickets available, you want to go ahead with obtaining a ticket, you would buy your paid-for ticket and send a copy of the order plus a photographic copy of your Access Card to dartshop@modussports.com . We will then send you either a free standard ticket or a link to upgrade that ticket, depending on which you need.

Ticket Protection FAQs

What is Ticket Protection?

Ticket Refund Protection – United Kingdom

For a worry-free ticket purchase, you may opt to purchase ticket refund protection to obtain a refund should you be unable to make it to your event for the reasons listed in the sections below.

From traffic delays, illness, strikes, accidents and more, it’s easy for you to apply for a refund. For just a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you will be able to recoup 100% of the paid ticket price (excluding booking and ticket protection fees).

What can I get a refund for?

We will refund the ticket price paid by the customer if the ticket holder cannot attend or arrives too late to use their ticket due to the following circumstances:

Medical Issues: The ticket holder’s inability to attend due to an accident, bodily injury, sickness, or a personal medical emergency occurring before the event.

Dependent’s Medical Issues: If a dependent (a person who relies on you to
perform tasks to support their daily life) suffers an accident, bodily injury, or sickness before the event, requiring the ticket holder’s care.

Transport Delays/Failures: This applies if your vehicle breaks down on the way to the event, if public transport services are cancelled or delayed, if there is traffic congestion due to roadworks or an accident, or if there is a public transport strike and no alternative is available. The situation must occur on the date of the event while the ticket holder is beginning their journey within the country where the event is taking place. The issue must be communicated to us before the event starts.

Death: If the ticket holder or an immediate family member (mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, stepmother, stepfather, sister, brother, child, spouse, civil partner or cohabitee (and their children), civil law partner, grandparent, legal guardians, and foster parents of the ticket holder) passes away within 7 days before the event.

Armed Forces Duty: If the ticket holder is unexpectedly called to serve in the armed forces.

Jury Duty or Court Appearance: If the ticket holder is summoned for jury duty or court appearance occurring on the day of the event after purchasing the ticket.

What will I not get a refund for?

Refunds will not be issued for applications related to:

Known Circumstances: Situations publicly or personally known at the time of ticket purchase that prevent attendance.

Player Change: The event proceeding as planned, but with a change to a scheduled player, which leads you to decide not to attend.

Surgeries not medically required: EG but not limited to - Cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dental procedures, and laser eye surgery.

War and Political Unrest: Acts of war, rebellion, or governmental actions causing ability to travel to the event.

Additional Costs: Any extra costs incurred in relation to the refund application such as supporting documentation.

Ticket Refund Protection Fee: This fee is non-refundable.

Any Reason Not Listed in the Covered Section.

How do I apply for a refund & supporting documents required?

Refund applications can be submitted online at dartshop@modussports.com.com any time after the ticket is purchased and up to 7 days after the event.

Ticket holders must provide any reasonable Evidence Requested with supporting documents, such as:

Medical Evidence: Doctor’s certificate or hospital letter.

Death Certificate: Proof of a death, order of service, or obituary.

Police Reports: For theft or accident-related claims.

Travel Disruption Proof: Confirmation from a transport provider detailing delay, links to official government or news websites detailing the delays.

Home or Business Damage: Insurance claim paperwork.

Jury Summons: Court letter stating required attendance at the court on the date of the event.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save addresses, and access special offers.
